Can you tell me if the LIRR has any plans of upgrading the system, enabling them to turn off those engines. I heard that they have done so elsewhere when complaints pour in. Is it that we're a small, end of the line location that they ignore your requests? How about even heavily vegetating to muffle the sound? Have you consulted a sound engineer? Can you write back with any news, updates, etc? Thanks
