Ditch Plains Beach

Perhaps the most famous surfing (and now Stand-Up Paddleboarding, aka. SUP) spots on Long Island, Ditch Plains Beach attracts surfers and beachgoers from all over the East Coast... so grab your long board & start paddling. Lifeguards are on duty from 10am - 5pm during the summer season. EH Town beach parking lot (EH Town permit required). No overnight camping allowed. 4x4 beach driving by EH Town permit only. Public restrooms with showers located in parking lot.
